About

On the cusp of something extraordinary.

Thirty-two storeys. Views across the city and the lake. Crisp architecture above a podium that blends perfectly into its surroundings.

The Goode rises where the Distillery District meets the Canary District — one of the last opportunities to own a piece of a historic neighbourhood as it writes its next chapter. A heritage-inspired brick podium grounds the tower in its Victorian-industrial context, while a sculptural glass form above reaches toward the waterfront and the skyline beyond.

Brought to you by Graywood Developments — the industry innovators behind The Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residences, JAC Condos, Wonder Condos and more — The Goode is a blank canvas for the story of tomorrow, told today.
