All scheduled deposits have been received and your account is in good standing.
Your finishes and the direction you developed with your TIA designer are locked for install.
Walk the finished suite with our team, note any touch-ups, and collect your PDI package. We'll email to book your time.
Final closing with your lawyer, then meet us in the lobby to collect keys, fobs and your building-app activation.
Book your moving elevator, register with concierge, and reach homeowner care any time through your first year.
